Standing up for properly funded, publicly delivered services and the workers who provide them.

Campaigning for fair pay, secure employment, safe workplaces and dignity and respect for every worker.

Championing equality, challenging discrimination and making sure every member has the opportunity to participate and be heard.

Supporting a transparent, democratic union where elected representatives listen to members and remain accountable to them.

Working together across our union, building solidarity and using our collective strength to deliver a fairer future.
